Faith Walk Ministries news and updates
The Ministry of the Holy Ghost is at the very heart of our walk with God. As Jesus said in John 6:63: “It is the Spirit that quickens; the flesh profits nothing.” These words remind us that true life, power, and transformation come only through the Spirit. Our flesh — our own strength, ideas, and efforts — will always fall short.
In a world that often loses sight of God’s holiness, Sister Michelle’s message was a timely wake-up call. She reminded us that God isn’t just loving, kind, or merciful — He is set apart, pure, righteous, and utterly holy. His holiness demands our attention, our awe, and our surrender.
This morning, Good Friday – 18th April 2025, we were blessed by a powerful Testimony Morning with Brother David Nwaniki, who shared his incredible story of over 40 years of walking in God’s goodness.
Worship isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. It’s the heartbeat of my faith and the story of my walk with God.
Prayer is one of the most powerful tools God has given us. It’s a direct line of communication with Him, where we can pour out our hearts, seek guidance, and receive strength. But prayer is also a spiritual weapon—a tool for deliverance and breaking chains that hold us back.
“From Addiction to Ordination” is more than a catchy phrase—it’s a living testimony of God’s transforming power. It speaks to the journey from brokenness to purpose, from the darkest valleys of addiction to being called into ministry.
At yesterday’s Faith Walk Ministries meeting, Brother Con powerfully unpacked Step One of the recovery journey—admitting we are powerless. It may sound like weakness, but in truth, it’s where real strength begins. He spoke on the paradox of powerlessness: when we stop pretending we’re in control, we finally make space for God to step in.
